Royal Mail strike updates - As you have no doubt seen, Royal Mail will be striking on 13th October, 20th October and 25th October and as such, we are expecting there to be a few delays with delivery as a result of these.

In this instance, we'll send weekly updates to keep you aware. Certain items can take longer to source than the estimated week, particularly during busy trading periods and may take longer to arrive at our warehouse.

We will aim to dispatch pre-orders so that you receive them on the release date.

Orders sent via the Express Delivery service will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders sent via Royal Mail 48® are usually received within two to five working days, including Saturdays.

If the items are in stock, we’ll aim to dispatch them within 24 hours of your order being placed.

This season’s movie is Shopkins: World Vacation.

This is the second season with a movie with the first being Season Six.

This is the first season to split up the Shopkins into separate waves rather than having them appearing all at once.

The Collector's Tool did not include Shopkins from the last two waves until January 2018.

When it was released, a few Shopkins were missing from the listings, but this was slowly edited in with time.

The Collector's Tool was prepped for the season during its release, yet did not have the images at the same time, leading to an error message.

This is the first season to include three waves.

Despite the announcement of June 1st as a release date, many stores began selling Season Eight Shopkins products on June 4th.

Instead of including a checklist in the shape of a long receipt, this season uses a wide list that is made up of postcards.

The blind baskets resemble a mini apartment with windows in which you can fit the Shopkins inside. The special edition Shopkins of this season are the new bag charms which depict various landmarks and the ultra rares for Wave One are the Spanish Stopover Shopkins, with a glitter finish. The first wave is based on European countries, the second on Asian countries, and the third in the Americas. The first wave of Season Eight was released on June 1st, 2017. Season Eight (World Vacation) is the eighth overall season of the Shopkins toy line.
